Despite the 3,000 miles distance, you engaged the group and really spoke to their passions and interests. Your expertise in behavioral DISC and team development was respected by the group and the way that you presented everything was comfortable, fun and informative. We're taking a team-building retreat tomorrow and this self-realization that you facilitated was the perfect foundation for that. As a Pastor of urban, college-age youth, I am always looking for ways to inspire my students past the status quo of their surroundings. Our students really struggle to make most of opportunities afforded to them and consequently often fail to see change in their lives. As a result, I invited Marty Shea to speak on the value of discipline and a good work ethic and I was very grateful he agreed to come. Marty's presentation was both powerful and inspiring and certainly helped light a fire under our students.
